Wearing a parachute and a life-saving jacket, Prince Charles (right) walks to an Andover plane at the Royal Air Force's parachute school en route to make a parachute jump from 1,200 feet over the English Channel. The Prince sucessfully made the jump to become the first heir to the British throne to make a parachute jump, as part of the final phase of his Royal Air Force cadet training
