New Royal Baby First Pictures. Pictured in her mother's arms at Coppins, Iver, Buckinghamshire. Today, is Lady Helen Marina Lucy Windsor, the new baby daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Kent. Looking fondly at his baby sister is one year old The Earl of St Andrews, who celebrates his second birthday on the 26th of this month. Lady Helen, born on 28 April this year, and one of the four royal babies to be born this year, is to be christened in the private chapel at Windsor Castle tomorrow. These are the first pictures of the new royal baby
