Queen Reviews Scouts. The Queen during today's ceremony of reviewing some of the 1000 Queen's Scouts in the Quadrangle of Windsor Castle for their St George's Day Parade. The Queen is Patron of The Scout Association. She also met a party of young Scout Gallantry and Meritorious Award holders and special guests of The Scout Association. The march past was followed by a service in St George's Chapel
