Coronation Medal. A special medal to commemorate the Queen's Coronation, one of a limited edition struck by the Royal Mint as a means of raising funds for the Westminster Abbey Trust. The medal is available in platinum, gold, gold plated or silver. The designs are by Michael Rizzello, OBE, President of the Royal Society of British Sculptors and feature on the obverse (left) a view of the West front of the Abbey, and on the reverse the Coronation Chair
