London. Princess Anne, under guidance from a senior British Army officer, fires a Stirling submachine gun during her visit to the 14th/20th Hussars at Paderborn, West Germany on 31 October. Wearing an off-white, high crowned Spanish style hat, with an army combat jacket, the Princess fired first from the shoulder, with two bullseyes out of ten rounds, (left), and then from the hip she scored eleven hits from twenty rounds. The Princess is Colonel-in-Chief of the regiment
