London. A library picture of Princess Anne leaving hospital last month with her new-born baby son. The Princess has named the baby Peter Mark Andrew Phillips, Buckingham Palace announced tonight. Master Phillips, the first royal child to be born a commoner in 500 years, will be christened in the music room at Buckingham Palace by the Archbishop of Canterbury, at noon on Thursday 22 December. Among the child's godparents will be the Prince of Wales and the Right Reverend Geoffrey Tiarks, ex-bishop of Maidstone, who retired last year
