Scope and content

Royal archer is Prince Charles trying out a long bow tonight during a Mary Rose Trust reception at the Whitbread brewery in Chiswell Street, London. The bow was recovered from the Tudor war ship Mary Rose, which was Henry VIII's flagship and has been lying on the sea bed in the Solent since 1545. It is hoped that the vessel will be raised later this year. With the Prince is actor Robert Hardy, one of the Trust's advisers
