Newspaper Advises Prince To Look To America. Prince Charles, 28 year old heir to the British throne and world's most eligible bachelor, was given a tip by the London Daily Mirror Tuesday about where to look for his future queen among America's blue-blooded heiresses. The paper's New York correspondent reported that the society matrons of America believe Charles should give girls in the land of opportunity the once over. Among the girls mentioned in the article are from left to right: Anne Lindsay, daughter of former New York Mayor John Lindsay; Cele Briscoe, daughter of Texas Governor Dolph Briscoe and Heather Whitney, daughter of Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney. Lindsay is a 1977 photo; Briscoe, 1975; Whitney, 1976
