London. The special licence for the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer is seen 17 June at The Sanctuary, Westminster. The Queen in Council declared her Consent to the marriage March 27, and on the same day issued her Royal Warrant to the Archbishop of Canterbury, directing him to grant his licence for the marriage. On April 16 the Archbishop signed his Fiat directing his faculty office to issue the licence
