Footman Andrew McGill (23) from Wavertree, Liverpool, holding horse drawing the 1902 State Landau in the Royal Mews, Buckingham Palace, London today, was on the dole two years ago. He was on duty today when carriages were being prepared for next week's Royal Wedding.
