Princess Alexandra has been the Force's Honorary Commandant General since 1969. From 31 to 26 October The Princess and Sir Angus Ogilvy will pay an official visit to India, where the engagements will include establishments of Sight Savers (the Royal Commonwealth Society for the Blind), of which Her Royal Highness has been President since 1960
