Boat Race Ducking For Duke of Kent

Radio picture from Hong Kong today. The Duke of Kent was flung into deep water today when his vessel collided and capsized during the traditional Chinese dragon boat race at Hong Kong. The Duke, a captain in the Royal Scots Greys, serving in Hong Kong, was [?] as a "foreign devil" and was rowing near the stern when his boat swerved off course, hit another vessel and gradually sank.
