Britain's Queen Elizabeth announced the engagement of Prince Andrew to Sarah Ferguson. This note was handed to a television reporter waiting with other journalists outside the gates of Buckingham Palace about a hour before the official announcement was posted. Curiously the note is misdated 19 February instead of March
